This website is operated by Telford Solar Panels (“we”). You can contact us via the quote form, or by email at info@telfordsolarpanels.co.uk.
When you submit the quote form, we collect your name, email address, postcode, property type, roof direction, approximate energy bill band, battery interest and any message you include.
Form data is emailed to the site operator, who uses it to arrange solar panel and/or battery quotes for you. This may include passing relevant details to local installers so they can quote. We won't use your details for unrelated marketing, and we won't sell them.
Your consent (the checkbox on the form) and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
We keep enquiries for no longer than needed to arrange quotes and deal with follow-up questions, normally up to 12 months, and then delete them.
This site is hosted on Cloudflare, which also delivers the form emails. Our email is provided by Apple iCloud.
This site does not set tracking or advertising cookies.
You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, through the quote form or by email. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
